Eddy is Of Counsel to the Firm. He has assisted numerous lawyers with their partnership formations and agreements, consulted with law firms regarding succession planning, and has represented lawyers in law firm breakup cases.
Eddy graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Chemical Engineering and received his law degree from the University of Texas Law School.
He is a member of the Alabama Bar and maintains a full-time office in Mobile, Alabama.
